An addiction
Ok...I admit it I have an addiction. I can't seem to stop it is just to much fun! I confess I have been checking our registries online almost everyday. I know it is terrible but honestly I cannot seem to stop myself. Everytime I see the glorious "fulfilled" next to an item I get giddy. I am going to stop...maybe tomorrow!

Gift Ideas
I need assistance from all of my ladies. Ryan and I are having a hard time deciding what to get the groomsmen as a wedding gift. We would like to get them something different than the usual flask or cigar holder...ANY IDEAS???

Showers
This saturday is my first of three bridal showers and I am filled with mixed emotions.
1-excitement...
I have been waiting so long to get to have the shower be for me. I have been to and thrown my fair share so this is really neat to be on the other side.
2-amazement...
So many family members and friends are going out of their way to throw parties for me.
My matron of honor and sister emily and my step mom Tam are hosting one in eugene and I know my bridesmaid and sister Lilli will be there helping. Ryan's mom and her friend Martha are hosting one for ladies in portland. My bridesmaids Beth and Holly are throwing one in Portland for another group of ladies. I never imagined I would be this blessed
3 -Joy...
My dear friends are coming from near and far to be there for my showers. I have cried everytime i hear from a friend who is coming. My dear bridesmaids are blowing me away...Monica is coming all the way from Seattle to be in Eugene and Beth is driving down from Portland.
4 - sadness
Naturally there is a part of me that is sad for the people who are not going to be there...my mom is first on that list, but it is followed by the friends and family members who live too far away. I know they will be there in spirit.
3 out of 4 works for me...I know it takes all the emotions for the feelings to be real. BLESSED...that is where I am going to stay because more than anything else that is how I feel.
